Kristen Mander

Kristen Mander joined Happy Homes in February of 2023. She comes from a background in property management where she worked for the second largest multifamily company in the United States helping lease over 1000 units. She is a customer service and sales expert who identifies customers’ needs and delivers solutions to any problem thrown her way. She is driven to exceed expectations and thrives on building long term relationships with clients. In 2020 she was awarded leasing consultant of the year in Washington State after living there for only one year. This shows her ability to quickly adapt and be the best in the industry.

Kristen was born in Myrtle Beach, SC but likes to call herself a Carolina girl as she has lived in many cities throughout North and South Carolina. She graduated from The College of Charleston in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She married a Charleston native who graduated from The Citadel and moved on to joining the Army. This took them to different locations around the country and ultimately ending up back in their favorite city, Charleston. In Kristen’s free time you can find her with her adorable Bernedoodle, Josie.
