What is Executive Rental service?
Executive Rental is our premium service for fully-furnished, all-inclusive properties. We handle everything including utility coordination and are priced to attract longer lease terms in desirable Charleston locations.
What if my property is vacant?
You only pay the management fee when rent is collected. If your property is vacant, you don't pay the monthly management fee.
