Shelby Cason
Director of Property Management
A Charleston native, Shelby Cason joined the Happy Homes team in January 2023 and now serves as Director of Property Management. With a career in property management that began in 2019, Shelby brings extensive experience in long-term residential rentals throughout the Charleston tri-county area. She now leads and supports our team of property managers while driving the development and improvement of our property management department.
Shelby has a deep understanding of the local rental market and is skilled at pricing homes strategically to maximize value for owners. She is passionate about client relationships and believes in a hands-on, personalized approach—from property walk-throughs to onboarding and leasing. Her leadership ensures a high standard of service across the board, with a focus on consistency, communication, and client satisfaction.
Shelby holds a B.A. in Communications with a Marketing minor from the College of Charleston. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, skiing in the winter, hiking, and exploring local markets and art spaces.
