Laura Baker joined Happy Homes in February 2024. She has been in Property Management and Real Estate for almost a decade. Prior to relocating to the US, she studied Architecture in Romania, her country of origin. Due to her dedication to helping people find the perfect home, she ventured into Real Estate when moving to the US. As an investor herself, she understands the need for a great Property Manager who will truly care to bring out the best value of an investment.

With years of experience in the nitty gritty of the everyday tasks of property management, she now helps new and seasoned investors learn about the Charleston market and the amazing opportunities a great Property Manager can bring to the table. You will see her at industry related social events, since she is our Giddy Schmoozer.

When working with Laura, you can count on her being honest and direct, a trait that comes from her Hungarian heritage. She has a passion to help and connect people, making her a great source of information when you need to get things done. Besides property management, Laura spends her free time traveling with her husband and two kids.
