With over five years of experience in property management, Julia has successfully managed nearly 400 doors throughout the Charleston area. She specializes in rent collection and leasing, and is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with both property owners and tenants.
Having worked across a wide range of neighborhoods, Julia knows the Charleston market inside and out. She has a knack for accurately assessing and setting rental rates to reflect current market conditions—helping owners maximize income while keeping properties competitively priced. Her ability to price homes right means they rent quickly, minimizing vacancy and boosting ROI.
Whether working with a first-time landlord or a seasoned investor, Julia’s approach is hands-on, communicative, and results-driven. She takes pride in delivering dependable service and representing every property with professionalism and care.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her family and young daughter! She enjoys a yearly trip to St. Croix which holds a special place in her heart!
