Britton joined Happy Homes in March 2025, bringing with her 14 years of extensive experience in the property management industry. With a strong background in both conventional and student multifamily housing, Britton is passionate about customer service and operational excellence. Her dedication to enhancing the resident experience while maximizing ROI for property owners has been a driving force throughout her career.

Britton has earned numerous accolades, including awards for Best Housing, Property of the Year, and achieving the highest economic occupancy. Her proven track record of success reflects her ability to implement innovative ideas and streamlined processes, contributing to the overall improvement of Happy Homes.

Born and raised in South Carolina, Britton spent most of her early years in the Columbia area. She attended Clemson University, where she began her career in property management as a Leasing Manager. Demonstrating exceptional skills and leadership, she quickly advanced to Assistant Manager and then to Property Manager, excelling in each role.

Outside of work, Britton enjoys spending quality time with her children, exploring the outdoors, and maintaining an active lifestyle with regular visits to the gym.
