Bill joined Happy Homes in January 2025 as the Maintenance Coordinator. With 20 years of experience in both the DIY and professional home improvement industries, including senior-level management roles, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his position. His background makes him exceptionally well-equipped to manage day-to-day repairs across multiple locations simultaneously, overseeing various projects to ensure timely and successful completion. Bill is also highly skilled in navigating high-pressure situations, always working to find the best solutions for all parties involved.

A Charleston resident since 2001, Bill earned his degree in English from Quincy University in Quincy, IL, where he was also a member of the men’s soccer team—a passion that has remained with him throughout his life. Though he no longer plays, Bill enjoys following the sport as a dedicated spectator. In his downtime, he loves spending time with his wife, Aimee, and their three German Shepherds.
